We continue to offer curbside service to our clients! When you arrive, please call our front desk at 203-438-8878 to check in with a receptionist.

A technician will call or text you when we are ready for you to enter the hospital, so please keep your phone with you while you wait and please be aware that the call may not come from our main number. You’ll be asked to meet a staff member at the front door, where they will greet you and escort you and your pet (one family member only) into an exam room.

You must wear a mask at all times.

Clients will be asked to wait outside for tech appointments. A tech will bring your pet out to you as soon as their treatment is complete.

Clients who are picking up medications, food, or other products should call 203-438-8878. A receptionist will place your product(s) in the basket on the bench on the front sidewalk.

Thanks to all of our patrons for your patience while our procedures are different and changing. During this time, we consider it our responsibility to care for your pets as we always have, and to protect our team members and all our clients, as well.
