We continue to offer curbside service to our clients! When you arrive, please call our front desk at 203-438-8878 to check in with a receptionist.
A technician will call or text you when we are ready for you to enter the hospital, so please keep your phone with you while you wait and please be aware that the call may not come from our main number. You’ll be asked to meet a staff member at the front door, where they will greet you and escort you and your pet (one family member only) into an exam room.
You must wear a mask at all times. Clients who are waiting in the parking lot and clients who are entering the building must wear a mask and observe social distancing rules.
Clients will be asked to wait outside for tech appointments. A tech will bring your pet out to you as soon as their treatment is complete.
Clients who are picking up medications, food, or other products should call 203-438-8878. A receptionist will place your product(s) in the basket on the bench on the front sidewalk.
Thanks to all of our patrons for your patience while our procedures are different and changing. During this time, we consider it our responsibility to care for your pets as we always have, and to protect our team members and all our clients, as well.

We’re pleased to offer boarding and medical boarding services for current Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital clients. We have dedicated spaces to accommodate cats, dogs, exotic pets, and animals with special needs. Our whole team works together to make sure every pet is happy, healthy, and safe during their stay.
All boarded pets are cared for under the direct supervision of our doctors and veterinary techs. The medical team’s daily hospital rounds always include a visit to the boarding wing to check on our guests. A doctor or a vet tech administers all necessary medications.
Our team of experienced kennel technicians attends to boarders’ routine care throughout their stay. They stick to each boarder’s mealtime routine, keep everyone comfortable with soft bedding, and spend quality time with each pet every day. They walk every dog on-leash in our fenced-in outdoor space 4-5 times daily—rain or shine. A kennel tech lives on the premesis.
Please feel free to request a tour of our facility!
Hours for Drop-off and Pick-up
If your pet has a reservation to board with us, you can complete your boarding paperwork in advance to expedite your check-in! Complete the forms, then print them and fax them to 203-438-4266 or bring your completed paperwork with you when you drop off your pet.
The Boarding Agreement form is for all boarders. If your pet takes medications or has a special dietary regimen or mealtime routine, please complete the Medication & Diet Instructions form, as well. Please note that an additional fee is charged per medication dispensed. Always bring medications in their original containers.

All rates are subject to change.
Additional fees apply per medication dispensed. Please bring medications in their original containers (do not sort into plastic baggies or pill organizers.)
Animals found to have fleas or intestinal parasites will be treated appropriately and charged standard fees.

We serve a balanced and palatable diet of Purina® and Hill’s® foods in the kennel. If you prefer, you are welcome to provide your pet’s own food and feeding instructions. For the safety of our staff, we ask that you do not bring raw diets. We will be happy to discuss alternative meals.
We supply ample soft bedding to keep your pet comfortable during their stay. If you’d like to bring a bed, a blanket, or a favorite toy from home, you may—please note that we cannot guarantee their return.
