During business hours, our doors are open and staff is available to assist clients picking up food, medication, health certificates, etc.; dropping off fecal or urine samples; and boarding check-in and check-out (Monday-Friday until 5:30pm and Saturday until 1:30pm.)
If you’re dropping your pet off in the morning for a hospital admission or for boarding, please arrive between 8:00am-8:15am and allow 10-15 minutes to complete the intake process. Veterinarians and vet techs see patients by appointment Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm and Saturday between 9:00am and 1:00pm.

Our phones are on answering service until 8:00am each morning and are back on answering service in the evening at 5:30pm. Our phones are also on answering service during lunch between 1:00pm and 2:00pm.
We are closed on Sundays and on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We may be closed when one of the above holidays is observed on a Monday or Friday.
After hospital hours, on Sundays, and on holidays when the practice is closed, calls are answered by our partners at Cornell University Veterinary Specialists in Stamford. True emergencies will be referred to one of the 24-hour emergency clinics in our area. Emergent conditions requiring round-the-clock treatment or monitoring will also be referred to one of these facilities.

Driving Directions
From points North & East of Ridgefield:
Take I-84 to Exit 3 (Route 7 South.) Follow to Route 35, turn right onto Route 35 South. Travel 2.4 miles (through three traffic lights.) At the fourth traffic light, turn left onto Grove Street. Take the first left onto Old Quarry Road. Turn into the first driveway on the right: 30 Old Quarry Road. The hospital and our parking lot are on the left.
From points South & West of Ridgefield:
Take I-684 North to Exit 6 (Katonah/Cross River.) Turn right onto Route 35 East. Take Route 35 East to the large marble fountain (stop sign at the junction with Route 33.) Turn left and travel through the town of Ridgefield through three traffic lights. Bear right at the blinking light at the junction with Route 116. Turn right at the next traffic light onto Grove Street. Take the first left onto Old Quarry Road. Turn into the first driveway on the right: 30 Old Quarry Road. The hospital and our parking lot are on the left.
