Prescription Refills

In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient as possible, you can request a refill for your pet's prescription medication or prescription diet by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information.

You may also submit prescription refill requests through your Pet Portal!

All prescription refills must be approved by a doctor. Please allow 24 hours for prescription refills. We recommend calling prior to pickup to confirm that your prescription has been filled. You can also opt-in to receive text messages and we will text you when your prescription is ready to pick up! If you would prefer to have the prescription mailed, a credit card number is required.

Due to changes in legislation regarding controlled substances, specifically Connecticut Public Act 13-172, refills of controlled substances are subject to further regulations. As such, refills of these medications may not be made for the quantity requested and we ask that you allow 24 hours for refills. In addition, we will require you to sign a release form when picking up controlled drugs. Persons picking up controlled substances must be at least 18 years of age.
