Current COVID Safety Practices at Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital - Effective November 29, 2021
—CHECK-IN: Call 203-438-8878 upon arrival to speak with a receptionist (this applies to clients checking in for both doctor and tech appointments as well as those picking up medication and/or food.) Please stay in or near your car and keep your cell phone handy while you wait! NOTE: Our waiting room is open at limited capacity.
—DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS: After you check in via phone, bring your pet to the front door and a receptionist will buzz you in to the waiting room. Two clients per household are permitted in exam rooms during doctor appointments. If you have more than one child with you, we’ll ask you to wait outside together while we treat your pet. NOTE: Our waiting room is open at limited capacity.
Thank you to all of our patrons for your patience and cooperation while our procedures are different and changing. We consider it our responsibility to care for your pets as we always have, and to protect our team members and all of our clients, as well.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, American Express, cash and personal checks.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
